Vango Icarus 500

Tuesday, March 10th, 2009

Well this was a suprise, the Vango Icarus 500 was going to be our budget weekender tent. When we decided to stock the Icarus 500 last september we decided on this tent after looking at a sample tent, well the finished tent is far better (link to the Icarus 500) http://www.thetentfactory.co.uk/index.php?c=58&p=381 The Vango Icarus 500 just felt right when we pitched it at the shop, Cross camping and leisure Ltd. Yes it pretty basic in style but like a number of tents its only when you pitch the tent and then get inside the Icarus that you start to enjoy the way this tent makes you feel.Update :- for 2010 there will be a few other sizes and some front canopies. We have purchased loads of Icarus tents so I reckon we will have one of the best deals around.

Vango Orchy 400, 500, 600

Tuesday, March 10th, 2009

We have just pitched the Vango Orchy 500 tent here at Cross camping and leisure Ltd / www.thetentfactory.co.uk (link to the Vango Orchy 400) http://www.thetentfactory.co.uk/index.php?c=57&p=346 . We like the Vango Orchy range and as per the 2008 season we think the Vango Orchy range of tents will be big sellers, the Vango Orchy 400 is ideal for couples who need a nice weekender tent. The Orchy 500 would suit couples with maybe a child or dog and the orchy 600 would be great for a family with younger children (link to the Orcjy 600) http://www.thetentfactory.co.uk/index.php?c=58&p=348

Vango Beta 350 and 450 tent.

Tuesday, March 10th, 2009

The Vango Beta tents are a new tent for www.thetentfactory.co.uk and we are so please we decided to go with these tents. The quality is superb and the easy in which they pitch is great. We pitched the Vango Beta 350 at the shop (Cross camping and leisure Ltd) (link) http://www.thetentfactory.co.uk/index.php?c=57&p=377 in the black and grey colour way and it just looks so sharp and modern. A great tent for campers who need that bit more storage area in a backpacing style tent.
